Gary Langford
Gary is the author of 24 books and the writer of more than 250
shows for the stage and media in Australasia. He has also been
an actor and stage director. His books include 9 novels, such as
Vanities (Macmillan) and Newlands (Penguin), along with 8 books
of poetry and 3 story collections. He has been the editor of
more than 40 publications. His last book is Lunch at the
Storyteller’s Restaurant (www.hazard.co.nz), and a reprinted
textbook, The Writer’s Dictionary. He is a writer. Here are a
few poems from his books. All have been published a number of
times, though only the books are mentioned, given each of these
acknowledge previous publications and the copyright remains with
the author.

Dr Rati Saxena - is an eminent Hindi poet, translator
and Sanskrit scholar. She has authored three collections of
poems in Hindi (Maya mahathagini, ajanmi kavita ki kokh se,
sapane dekhata samudra) and one each in English and Malayalam
(in translation). Besides, she has written several research
articles on Vedic literature and Indology and published critical
studies. Her poems are translated in different languages like
Malayalam, Punjabi, KonkaNi and Tamil etc. Rati Saxena’ poetry
represented in various journals of other part of world like –Verasal
( Amsterdam, Netherlands and printed in Prague), Edgar literary
Magazine (Texas) and gumball poetry etc. Thus establishing a
sound reputation as an academic critic. Rati Saxena has
translated 9 books from Malayalam to Hindi. Translations of some
of the most well known Malayalam poems and novels have earned
her nation-wide respect and recognition. She has written a book
on famous poet of Malayalam -Balamaniyamma. Among the several
awards she has received, the most coveted is the Kendra Sahitya
Akademi Award for Translation in 2000. She is also a recipient
of the prestigious Indira Gandhi National Culture and Arts
Fellowship, which helped her complete this path-breaking work “A
seed of mind-a fresh approach to Atharvavedic study". can

Dr.Jayasree Ramakrishnan Nair - is a freelance editor and translator. Senior Associate Editor, Samyukta - A Journal of Women's Studies. At present working as Editor for www.india9.com, Oregon Technologies, Pravachambalam, Trivandrum. She has to her credit among other published translations, the translations of four plays of Shakespeare into Malayalam. Areas of interest are Translation Studies, Folklore Studies, Shakespeare Studies and Women's Studies.
Suma V.S- Writing was a hobby, but
soon, the infatuation towards reading led to a passion for
writing only to last for a lifetime. Having graduated in
Computer Applications and obtaining a Masters in Business
Management with a specialization in Human Resources, she worked
for the corporate sector in the area of Communication and
Personality Development. In 2005, she left India to join her
husband in Seattle, Washington. Leaving her home country has
helped her demystify the process of good writing and deepened
her understanding and ideas of writing with a sense of passion.
Suma has completed two books of poetry, "Love Bytes" and
"Nature, As it is". She is presently working on her third
collection. "

B D Dattan - Former Art Editor in Department of
Encyclopedia, Kerala and former Executive Member of Kerala Lalit
Kala Academi, Dattan has held many one-man exhibitions of his
drawings and paintings during 1973 to 2003. His paintings are
exhibited in National Museum, Modern Art gallery, Parliament
House, Kendra Lalit Akademi, Sri Chitra Art gallery and Raj Bhavan,
Kerala. He has drawn all the logos for Kritya. Kritya is
grateful to him for his contribution.

Prabhakar - was an artist from Chattisgarh. His paintings
have appeared as cover page for various journals in Hindi. He
had made all the paintings appearing in Kritya.
Vijendra Vij - A young designer and an artist, Expert in
Computer Animation. He has designed the header for Kritya.
