LETTERS TO EDITOR

Dear Dr.Rati Ji,

Greetings from Jaipur.

Life is strange. Some time ago, I read few poems of Mr. Vijay Singh Nahta in
some poetry magazine and thought that I must meet him personally for two
reasons. 1. He happens to be in Jaipur where I live. 2. He is good at poetry

We have never met earlier. Today it was a surprise when I saw him in my
office and he was there to meet me. It was a long chat. Then he referred to
your site. I have seen it. I must say it is an excellent site and you are
doing a great service to Hindi poetry. Please accept my compliments. Regards

Dear Rati ji,
Magnificent record. You launched latest issue two days before the due date.Like a master batsman/sports person you create records and take delight in maintaining them for some time , only to break and create a new record. It is , indeed, impressive , impeccable and incredible.Keep the great work going.
Pl, give me some time to go through the entire issue , savour succulent poetry and get back with my response.
Kindly take care of your health.
Three cheers to you and team Kritya.

Warm regards,
chandra mouli.

Dear Rati,

my very best wishes for your next international Poetry Festival. For me, it was such an interesting and moving experience to come to Trivandrum to Kritya Festival!! Now and then I still keep talking with friends about that Festival. I admire so much your cleverness to build up this Festival and Kritya voice. Each time I read with great attention your emails and your words, which keep us close each other. You say that words" are supreme power, the supreme brain and the suprime mine". Even if "poems are not only words, but life and death falling betweeen words". I was also very interested in your november mail, talking about pain. "Pain is not only black, it is sometimes red as the rose, blue as the sky, green as the grass..." Yes, pain is part of our life and therefore of poetry. Of course we are lost if pain is dominant. My best wishes and I look forward to reading your words next month.

in my "school of poetry" i will quote what you say about the little love poem while whole Tibet is looking for freedom. Brecht says: what's the use of a poem about trees and spring, when we have a war at home? love from Patrizia and me, you're great

Dear Saxena,

I can recall your warm hospitality and spree-like poetry reading evnet
there.
It was a great experience to learn about more poetic performance.
I wish I could go back there to enjoy once more the old memory there.

Here in Ontario all the life is going so slow and pleasant.
Oh, Do you happen to know or recommend any Indian poet who can communicate
any literary activity or intellectual ideas together. I wish I could get
along with your poets.
Sometimes I have oftentimes indulged myself in listening to your traditional
music on TV.
I wish I could make any Indian friend who can introduce me to your culture,
even in here.
If you know any close friend, reliable and intelligent, please let us build
up a good literary relationship.

I will stay here for several years, during which I would extend my literary
horizon to the world, I hope.
Letès keep in touch for better chances.

Give my best regards to your friends I met there.
Thanks, Saxena! Have a good Spring!

Hello Kritya...its good to know you. I stumbled upon this in one of my
nocturnal visits ti the Internet
. I liked much of what I saw and saw much of what I have been working on for
a Journal of my choice to launch. Other than your choice of font
which is hard on the eye and the closeness too, Im glad I came by to visit.
So let me say it clear and straight. You've got a good thing going. If
somewhere
you would want a spare hand to help [ unpaid ] you know here to call. I'll
be there when and if you do.

I write under the name Baru Gobira and if you do feed it into google as
"Poet Baru Gobira or just Baru Gobira you may find some of my older works. I
was as amazed to find this on Google quite accidently. Do go through some of
them when the muse strikes you. The only other part of the internet I visit
is Poetrypages.com on a fairly regular basis I am still working on having a
website up and running. Hope this summer I will find some time for all this
and in the meanwhile would keep checking on Kritya. The word interests me as
Im sure it interests you.

Once again Good Wishes and Good Luck!

Baru Gobira
