Rays of Hope
The rising sun,
A dew drop on leaf;
Drifting clouds on hills,
A valley of dancing tulips,
The song of a bird,
A cool spring of water,
Rays of Hope...
The Ocean
There lies beyond-
The whole mighty ocean;
That's calm on the outside-
and high turnmoil inside;
That keeps with it-
all the wealth of the land;
both for the live-
and for the dead.
That charms all its viewers:
and never fails to rise,
yet never lets anyone look-
deep into it's soul.
Choice of Life
Good or Bad, Right or Wrong;
Big or Small; More or Less;
Sad or Gay, Full or Not,
Hope or Despair, Live or Dead-
Life is all a choice you make.
Beautiful was she
Dark and happy,
thin and skimpy,
tired and sweaty,
beautiful was she.
Her mind was clear
and so were her eyes,
that looked into mine-
with hope and love.
Up on her lap
her little girl sat,
with play and fun-
that showed on her face.
She touched my heart
that ached for her,
wept for her -
and her little girl.

I prayed for her,
cared for her,
and longed for her,
to live on..
I see her smile,
in the flower and the rain,
the sun and the wind,
long after she has left.....
My friend
I wish I could go back to our old days,
laughing and playing-
when we were there for each other..
Your support me while I needed you,
I did my best to reciprocate your love..
I feel empty as I cross your gate
It made me cry and think of you,
And all the good times we had together.
I never knew you would leave-
Not without telling me when.
I know I had been busy then
But I never knew you would leave.
The waves still do rise and fall;
but not make me smile anymore.
For you had taught me not to
Fall but to rise with the waves.
I never knew we were so close
Till I knew you had left.
So many things we planned to do
And put them up for better times.
I never knew though that
That was the best time we had.
I know sometime when our
ways would meet again
And I live in the hope
To be your friend again…

By the lakeside
I lie by the side of the picterisque lake,
which I have so often done before in my dreams;
The sun goes slowly down the horizon-
like an apple rolling down the stream;
the golden elm over the mountains-
is covered by clouds so lovely,
tiny fishes dance to the music of wind-
making ripples round and round.
Ah! my feathered friends..
'tis time to bid adieu to thee,
to close my eyes and make these
precious moments last forever…
