Christina Pacosz-

Writing most of her life, Christina Pacosz’ most recent book is Greatest Hits, 1975 – 2001, Pudding House, 2002. Her poems appear in hundreds of print and online journals. Her chapbook, Notes from the Red Zone, originally published in 1983 by Seal Press in their anti-nuclear series, has been selected by Ron Mohring of Seven Kitchens Press, as the inaugural chapbook to be reprinted in his ReBound Series. It will be available autumn, 2009.

John Guzlowski -

John Guzlowski's poetry, fiction, and essays have appeared in The Ontario Review, Garrison Keillor’s Writer’s Almanac, Chattahoochee Review, Modern Fiction Studies, Nimrod, Margie, Exquisite Corpse and other journals here and in Europe. His poems about his Polish parents= experiences in Nazi concentration camps appear in his recent books Lightning and Ashes and Third Winter of War: Buchenwald. Third Winter was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize. His novel manuscript "Shit War," about German soldiers on the Eastern, has been short-listed for the Bakeless Award. The woman on the horse is titled Melancholia by Jacek Malczewski (1858 - 1929).
His work is also represented by In the Dust Storm, Death 1902, and Death 1911. Malczewski is the man in the armor in Self-Portrait in Armor 1914.

The brightly colored garden scene with the Victorian - era dressed woman is titled The Strange Garden, by Jozef Mehoffer (1869 - 1946)

Dr Rati Saxena  is an eminent Hindi poet, translator and Sanskrit scholar. She has authored four collections of poems in Hindi (Maya mahathagini, ajanmi kavita ki kokh se, sapane dekhata samudra and Ek khiRki and aath salaakhen) and Two in English ( The Serpent quailing woman body and One Window and Eight bars) and Malayalam (in translation). Besides, she has written several research articles on Vedic literature and Indology and published critical studies. Her poems are translated in different languages. Rati Saxena’ poetry represented in various journals of other part of world like –Verasal (Amsterdam, Netherlands and printed in Prague), Edgar literary Magazine (Texas) and gumball poetry etc. Thus establishing a sound reputation as an academic critic. Rati Saxena has translated 9 books from Malayalam to Hindi. Translations of some of the most well known Malayalam poems and novels have earned her nation-wide respect and recognition. She has written a book on famous poet of Malayalam -Balamaniyamma. Among the several awards she has received, the most coveted is the Kendra Sahitya Akademi Award for Translation in 2000. Dr.Jayasree Ramakrishnan Nair - is a freelance editor and translator. Senior Associate Editor, Samyukta - A Journal of Women's Studies. At present working as Editor for www.india9.com, Oregon Technologies, Pravachambalam, Trivandrum. She has to her credit among other published translations, the translations of four plays of Shakespeare into Malayalam. Areas of interest are Translation Studies, Folklore Studies, Shakespeare Studies and Women's Studies.

Mr. NS Murty - is a post graduate in Applied Mathematics (1972) and English (1984) from Andhra University . He has a poetry collection "The Incidental Muses" (1999) in English and a collection of poems rendered into English "The Tangs of Telugu" (2007). He is a bi-lingual translator from Telugu-English and along with his late maternal uncle and a noted short story writer, RS Krishma Moorthy embarked upon a project of publishing select short stories rendered from Telugu titled "The Palette", The Easel", The Canvas" and "The Painting". The Palette was published in 1997, "The Easel" was ready but its publication was delayed due to the untimely death of RS Krishna Moorthy. Together they received the Katha-British Council South Asian Translation Award 2000. Their translations were widely published and went into anthologies, notably "The Showers on Deccan Rocks" edited by Mr. Seela Veerraju.
