Dear Dr. Rati Saxena, It is said that youth is the best time to get rich and the best time to be poor. Thus, we a high spirited group of young individuals intend to make the best of our youthful energies. We have put together in the form of a literary venture called TARUNAAI. Tarunaai or yauvan (youth) is the most crucial phase of ones life. It acts as a foundation for the years to come and moulds the real self of an individual.
The proposed magazine aims at moulding such thoughts imprinted in the minds of poets and literary figures like you. Your contribution in the form of writing counts a lot and we have a lot to learn from your experiences. We are trying to bring together poets from multiple nationalities and give space and voice to the "shared words" as much to the longing for our languages.
Why poetry?
Poetry is the juice, the extract, the most condensed form of a language and emotion. The recent times have seen a transition in the nature and form of poetry. It has often been termed as personal or self obsessed. The restructuring of economic and political systems throughout the world have lead to this phase. The creative quotient has disappeared somewhere between the neo-liberal policies and the market oriented world.
The forces of the market control the demand-supply curve for poetry as well. This makes the form mechanical and the verse lifeless. We talk of a platform where the poets rendering of words creates a demand for itself.  So, how do we create a need and then fulfil its demand for all sorts of readers?
What do we intend to do?
Thus we desire to print the best verse or even prose which is being written today preferably in Hindi regardless of where, by whom, or under what theory of art it is written. Nor will the magazine promise to limit its editorial comments to one set of opinions.
Is it just poetry?
Our magazines open door policy provides space to any form of poetry with any bend of mind. Also, we are open to all the writers who do not write in verse but hold an opinion about it.
We have our set of translators who will help us reach out to ideas and thoughts in various languages. We will try and ensure not much has been lost in translation. In case we fail to keep the spirit of the poetry intact the poems shall be printed as it is.
How can you help?

A financial support is thus required in the form of donations to encourage poetry and create a generation of such likeminded people. Thus we seek support from you.
We seek an anchor to direct us in order to reach the shore. So kindly help us with your suggestions, ideas, queries, scope for growth or any other form of help.

Looking forward for your response.

With regards,

Neeraj Kumar
