Dear Editor,
Dr. Rati Saxena
thDear Editor ,dr,e world, how can we call ourselves human, or poets!
soSometimes I need refer to dictionary to find the meaning of a word, which I am sure about it’s meaning . Reading Ms. Christina Pacosz’s letter to you I needed refer to dictionary to ponder,on the word “ Condescend”. She has written to you :
Farideh Hassanzadeh's interview with Billy Collins revealed much about his personality and not all of it is pleasant news. He is condescending to her, I thought, and to others as well, with his disingenuous quoting of Yeats. Collins is a Bush supporter. He knows what side his bread is buttered on. If we don't use tears as a lens to wash/watch the world, how can we call ourselves human, or poets!

According to the Longman dictionary ,condescend means :
” to behave as though one is better or more important than others .”
During my interviews with more than 20 world poets ,I admit that Billy Collins was the only poet who whenever I e-mailed him a question he answered immediately, despite being fully preoccupied with his great responsibilities.
He prefered to condense his answeres instead of condescending , by keeping me in anticipation. I truly value his thoughtfulness.
As for Ms. Christina Pacosz’s next allegation :
” Collins is a Bush supporter. He knows what side his bread is buttered on” ,
I remind Billy’s answer to my question about war :
“Wars begin through greed and vanity and are continued through the insanity of nationalism in which the boundaries of a land replace God”.

Regarding this candid answer how can I believe that Billy Collins is supporter of greed and vanity ?

Anyway I appreciate Ms. Christina Pacosz, a fine poet , for reading carefully my interview , despite her sad demise of her dear sister . Merci upon her soul and give Ms. Christina Pacosz the patience and strength to tolerate and carry on.
Yours
Farideh Hassanzadeh ( Mostafavi )

"I had gone through kritya.in when I was in U.S.A..T he information on the translators is well focussed and well presented. It under lines the important features and quality of the translated text.It encourages the reader to go to the original and have a direct experience of it. In terms of ideas ,the general format of the writing is both expressive and impressive."

Dear Rati ji,

Thanks for letting me know about the release of latest issue. I have noted your comments on Muse Meet and use of your paper presented at the Meet as your editorial comments. Your thoughts on the subject have been very aptly discussed. You seem to have liked some of my poems on women to have carried them in the issue. Thanks.

Warm wishes,
Surya

Dear Rati
This new issue is an antique one . You renovate the world of poetry single-handedly.
Very important poems I see in this issue and I admire your choices .Your high aspiration.
Specially ,leading article is full of meaning ,not something for filling the column .
I wish I could read all of the pages just today ,but I know it is impossible .
I think the main problem of women is not time . No . We are deprived of SILENCE . There is always a sound around us . We are condemn to listen words by our husbands, children , and our conscience ,who always speaks to us ,whenever we have this chance to be alone at home !
And I am sad because in this issue I found that you doesn't need me . Without me , Kritya is even better than ever !
Yours
Farideh

Hi Rati, I'm Nate, also known as N Marion Hage on the Argoboat.

I wrote to say it's great having you on board the Argoboat. I saw your website, and was impressed. By the way, I agree with something you wrote very much, "There is always a wall in front of me- Walls always have a door- I try my best to search that door "

I was just telling some friends that whenever I find a door, it is almost always best to go through it. You have stepped through another door, and I hope this door leads to blessings, and never regrets. My coming to the Argoboat has already opened some very wonderful doors, and I think more are opening as I write.

Nate.

Hi Rati. I looked at your web journal. It is an awesome work, and full of passion, and deep thoughts. I tend to love deep thinkers, and love metaphor and allegory.

Language fascinates me as well, and moreso since I've become a fan of J.R.R Tolkien. I'm pathetic at learning languages, but all the same, I love the basic concepts of how words were formed. In a sense, early language was so metaphorical, and one word could have so many meanings, depending on the context.

I'm still looking at your site, so pardon me if I have missed this. I know you've written books, but was curious if you've done any works of fiction, since you are so fluid with creative thoughts?

Hi Rati

I've been through your journal and it does look quite impressive and is efficiently loading quick. I've also put a link to it in our library - this library is much visited by academic staff and students ... or, on and off much. Smile. You know how it is with Internet etc.
